If for some reason you’re unable to attend a course you have paid for, our policy is as follows:
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Refunds available 10 days or more before class only.
- Cancellations up to 3 days before class are eligible for a one-time transfer to another like class with available seats, and must be completed within 6 months.
- Cancellations 48 hours or less before class are not eligible for refund or transfer.
- All cancellation notices must be sent by email to: office[at]cctimail.com
- Cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted by voicemail/phone.
- Refunds may not be available on discounted courses.
Late Arrivals and No Shows: Attendees who do not show up for class are not eligible to receive a refund or transfer. Attendees arriving more than 20 minutes late may be required to reschedule at attendee’s expense.
Payment Policy:
- Payment via check is no longer accepted.
- Course certification cards may be held until payment is settled.
