Refund Policy

If for some reason you’re unable to attend a course you have paid for, our policy is as follows:

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Refunds available 10 days or more before class only. 
  • Cancellations up to 3 days before class are eligible for a one-time transfer to another like class with available seats, and must be completed within 6 months.
  • Cancellations 48 hours or less before class are not eligible for refund or transfer.
  • All cancellation notices must be sent by email to: office[at]cctimail.com
  • Cancellation and refund requests will not be accepted by voicemail/phone.
  • Refunds may not be available on discounted courses.

Late Arrivals and No Shows: Attendees who do not show up for class are not eligible to receive a refund or transfer. Attendees arriving more than 20 minutes late may be required to reschedule at attendee’s expense.

Payment Policy:

  • Payment via check is no longer accepted.
  • Course certification cards may be held until payment is settled.
